• Where you are a tenant, vendor, lender or partner, to take steps towards or perform a contract with you.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to enquiries), contract, and legal obligation. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to further business are deleted within 24 months. Where we enter into an agreement with you, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary: for example our website and email hosting provider, professional advisers, or lenders and letting partners where you have asked us to act for you. We never share it for their own marketing.

Your rights
